Katherine Krupinski, MS, BCBA, LBA
Katherine received her B.S. degree from Northwestern University in Human Development and Psychological Services, and completed her Master's Degree in Professional Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology. Katherine was promoted to the Clinical Director position in August of 2020 after spending the past 3 years as a Clinical Supervisor here at Avail. During her studies, she worked with children and adults at a residential camp for individuals with special needs, and gained experience in the in-patient psychiatric unit at Lurie's Children's Hospital. Katherine has been providing home and clinic based ABA services in the DMV since 2015. She is passionate about providing individualized treatment to help every learner succeed.
Krystal Nimox, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Behavior Analyst - Clinical Supervisor
Krystal graduated from Hampton University in 2017, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders Speech Pathology and Audiology, and University of Maryland in 2018, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Special Education with an ABA Masters certificate at George Mason University. Krystal has experience providing speech services at a Speech and Hearing Clinic at Hampton and has been working with children for over 5 years. She is excited to be apart of Avail Outreach team in making a difference.
